In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have a small playground or play area for the children to enjoy.

the room was comfortable, and the pool and garden were lovely. I appreciated the opportunity to borrow a bicycle to explore the surrounding areas, and the short taxi ride to old town was very affordable. the owners were welcoming and spoke English well. They even took me to a nearby fishing village and arranged for a visit to a local family, where I had the chance to try making traditional rice noodles. I highly recommend this homestay and would definitely stay there again. Cons: Everything is exactly what I needed and wanted at Home Farm Villa. 🌟.

They helped me book tours and bus tickets, and the meals they cooked were delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect place to relax. I loved using the free bikes to explore the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend Home Farm Villa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

This peaceful and cozy homestay is located a short distance from both the city center and the beach. Guests can easily rent scooters or bicycles for a quick ride to either location. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and offer cool showers. The staff is kind, friendly, and provides excellent hospitality. The breakfast served includes delicious banana pancakes. Additionally, the outdoor area features a beautiful swimming pool that is even lit in the evening, perfect for relaxing.

There's only one minor suggestion for improvement - the addition of a shelf or storage space in the bathroom to place personal items.

I recently stayed at Home Farm Villa for a few days and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, nestled near the rice paddies but just a short bike ride away from Hoi An and the beaches. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the hospitality made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, even fixing a flat tire on my motorbike. Plus, the pool was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place!

Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast, including tasty banana pancakes and fresh juices. the beautiful garden and swimming pool add to the tropical paradise ambiance of the villa.

The pool water may need to be refreshed more regularly to maintain its clarity and temperature.
